By creating an account or using the UnhingeTV streaming platform operated by UnhingeTV LLC("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Service contains mature content intended for adult audiences.

Subscription Plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
PPV Events:
Certain content (live events, reunions, specials) is available as one-time pay-per-view purchases. PPV purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by UnhingeTV.
Refunds:
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@unhingetv.com within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
UnhingeTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription or within your PPV access window.
Stream Limits:
Your account permits up to 2 simultaneous streams. Attempts to exceed this limit will result in the oldest stream being blocked. Sharing account credentials to circumvent stream limits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards.
All content on UnhingeTV, including videos, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to UnhingeTV LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly provided.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Content availability is subject to change. We may add, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNHINGETV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
